The Character still looks at the Mouse Cursor while editing in the Character Creator. Before 1.17, the character would not look at the Mouse Cursor while editing a character, making it easier to observe some cosmetics.

How to reproduce:

1. Edit a character in the Character Creator by pressing the Edit Character button (any character will work)
2. Observe the character still looking at the Mouse Cursor

Observed Results: The character still looks at the mouse cursor while editing the character, making it harder to observe certain cosmetics.

Expected Results: The character should not look at the mouse cursor while editing the character.
