      You cannot rotate the character in the Classic skins & Character Creator tabs when using a controller. You can rotate the character with a controller in the Emotes tab & Capes tab.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Open the Classics skins / Character Creator Tabs
      2. Observe the character not rotating when moving the Right Joystick

      Observed Results: The character does not rotate when the Right Joystick is moved

      Expected Results: The character should rotate when the Right Joystick is moved
