Whenever a crossbow with the piercing enchantment is used against another player that is blocking with a shield, the arrow goes through the shield and hits the player, but the arrow is consumed upon hitting the player. This even occurs when shot from behind, where the shield isn't effective.

How to reproduce (requires at least 2 players):

      1. Have a player hold a shield and block with it
      2. Fire a crossbow with the piercing enchantment at the blocking player
      3. The arrow hurts the blocking player and damages the shield

      Observed Results:
The piercing arrow damages the shield and is consumed upon hitting the blocking player.

      Expected Results:
The piercing arrow should ignore shield and shouldn't be consumed when hitting a blocking player, allowing the arrow to pierce multiple targets.
