Rain and snow particle error

When the weather changes to rain in X coordinates such as 64/70, the raindrops are not shown and only the particles when falling to the ground are shown, like the snowflakes are not shown when they touch the ground 1.17 .10.

And I created several tickets but they send me to another User who has nothing related to the error I am talking about.

Please help me a human person and not a BOT
