Spamming ender pearls in the same location causes you to glitch through or into blocks.

How to reproduce:
1. Make a thin floor midair out of blocks
2. Jump off
3. Spam ender pearls into the floor

What I expected:
The player will hit the bottom and fall

What I saw:
I glitched through the floor

Notes:
This doesn't happen with a single ender pearl, and making the floor thicker will cause you to glitch into it and suffocate.
