Ice Spikes generate with lava replacing the ice within the spikes not matching java behavior or previous behavior of the biome.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Generate the world seed 685240233
2. Fly/teleport to the coordinates -1939 101 -758
3. Observe Surroundings

Expected Behavior
Lava springs would be skipped depending on the biome and feature replacement resulting in lava not being placed within the spikes of the Ice Spikes biome

Lava springs replace pieces of the ice spikes
