I shared a world with a friend on the Nintendo Switch version of the game while I was on Windows 10. The game suddenly froze while I was mining, it didn't resume until after about 8 seconds. I somehow glitched into the wall, got stuck, and suffocated. Normally items are pushed outside blocks to an open area, but there was no items. They had vanished completely into the void. The death screen showed my items disappear. Full netherite tools and armor, so the items could not have been burned by nearby lava, there would still be a trace of them but there wasn't.
