Hello
I tried to help my nieces after one lost all their worlds off their Android
I had it set to the point where I could access the world by XBox and Windows computer
Dragon fight with them got interrupted so I made a new account and invited it to the world to still do things while my other account was waiting in the End to finish the fight with them.
After weird performance issues in the past week - Those eventually seemed to mostly pass, but I came out of the Nether a couple thousand blocks away from the usual area. Performance issues arouse again. Then that account could no longer load the world with an error flag about corruption. Original world owning account could still load into the End, but I think that began failing yesterday.
I'm on the computer trying to backup the world - but I don't have the expected directory location and the Edit-Settings has a landing page talking about Realms and proceeding from there leaves almost nothing on the right hand side for settings - No Export option
Trying to load the world from the world owning Account on the Computer now indicates that an update is needed - but I cannot click their blue button for the Update and have it run
I do not want to risk loosing a backup or the world opportunity by uninstalling and reinstalling the game on the computer.
Please help. What do I do to get this world to a backup file and then how do I get the update to run? I can do the update first then backup of course, but Need the world data copied somewhere before I risk an uninstall.
Regards,
Derek
