      Steps to reproduce

      1. Summon a minecart or set one on a track.
      2. A few blocks away, summon a monster while in survival mode.
      3. Back away from the monster and go past the minecart until the minecart picks up the monster.
      4. Walk all the way around the minecart slowly.

      Expected result

The monster turns to look at you all the way around the minecart.

      Observed result

The monster can only turn about 75 degrees to each side from the direction it was facing when it got in the minecart, for a full facing arc of about 150 degrees.

I’ve trapped 2 ravagers in minecarts in survival and when I get close to them on the south side they try to face me but can only turn as far as south east or south west but not directly south. There are no obstructions around them. They have no problem tracking me and facing me on the north side. Since testing it out I placed blocks around them (see image below) to complete my build but these originally were not around them and are not part of the problem. I think there was a similar problem for Java recently that was resolved so hopefully this is an easy quick fix as I don’t want to keep seeing ravager backsides instead of their faces.
