My son and I recently purchased and downloaded Jurassic by Block Factory. When we created a world on our PC and try to join from our Switch it either crashes the games or gives Unable to connect to world error.
We have already tested other worlds and they are working fine. Only the recently purchased Jurrassic by Block Factory seems to give us this issue. I would like my money returned for the faulty software. Without the ability to play 2 players we are not interested in this item.
I can't do a traditional refund request either because it was a purchase made with coins which don't seem to be tracked through my Microsoft account. Certainly the most elaborate and confusing return/feedback process I have ever gone through.
