      Placing water on the top half of a tall flower causes the tall flower to drop two items.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a tall flower (sunflower, lilac, rose bush, peony)
      2. Place water on the top half of the tall flower

      Observed Results:
      The tall flower drops two items.

      Expected Results:
      The tall flower should only drop one item.
