Bow is stuck on max power animation

      My bow is stuck on max power animation when it is not loaded, here are clips of what i tried doing.

       

      I Have the full one right here... oh wait IT IS 606.00MB/10.00MB SO I CAN'T UPLODE THE FULL CLIP!!!!
