Magma block textures are now not emissive, while normally they should. 

This makes it really hard to find magma blocks in aquifers, and gives magma blocks an unnatural feel. 

Note: This is not about block light. Magma blocks still produce light. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Find a place with no light. 

2. Place a magma block and look at it. 

Expected Results: 

The magma block textures are emissive, that is to say, can be clearly seen in dark areas as if it is glowing. 

Observed Results: 

Magma block textures are not emissive, it is hardly visible.
