the items don't move while moving the camera with view bobbing is off,whilst in java edition it moves.and it's better cause the hand doesn't look completely still.

How to reproduce:

•Go to settings>video>turn off view bobbing

•Observe how the hand or item doesn't move while moving the camera

expected results:

The item and hand should have swayed/move
