Unable to move if you sneak / crouch at the edge of a block that has a chest on top

      When you place a chest on a block and stand on the edge of it, you can't move in a sneaked position. Before the 1.17.30 update, you could.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a block
      2. Place a chest on top of the block
      3. Stand on the edge of the block
      4. Try to move while sneaking

      Observed Results:
      The player cannot move.

      Expected Results:
      The player should be able to move.
