Cant see the name of the item I am holding

      I cant see the name of the tool I am holding and I cant see its enchants. This affects survival too and also on servers.

       

      steps to reproduce:

       

      1. open minecraft and create a new world on 1.17.30
      2. get an item
      3. go to another hotbar slot and back

       

      result: no name of the item

      expected result: name of the item + its enchants should be shown
