NPC name only shows when highlighting the NPC

      When I spawn an NPC it will not show the name!

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new World (with education edition on)
      2. Type command:"/summon npc" or "/give @p spawn_egg 1 51" then spawn it
      3. The NPC will spawn without the name

      Pls fix that bug
