Creepers no longer drop music discs when killed by a skeleton

      When a creeper is killed by a skeleton, it only drops gun powder.  It once dropped gun powder and music discs.  A skeleton trapped in a minecart has killed at least 30 creepers and no music disc has been dropped.  

      Went to an older world and had the same thing happen.
