Floating and air bubbles and Cannot stop it

      Avatar in Survival & Creative mode is randomly floating in the air and has air bubbles in the hot bar, but it's not underwater.

      Cannot seem to get it to stop, and we have zero control.

      Seems to be happening in all created worlds.

       

      Please help.
