Summary:
Ice in Frozen Peaks is covered with snow / snow layers. This does not match the java version.
There are places in Java where snow also covers the ice, but not everywhere. In the bedrock, all the ice is covered with snow.
Java also has no ice covered with snow layers, there is only ice covered with snow blocks.
Example:

Steps to reproduce:
- Find Frozen Peaks.
- See ice generation in Java and Bedrock.
Observed results:
In bedrock, all ice is covered with snow layers and blocks of snow.
Expected results:
The ice will not be covered with snow layers and will lie on the surface (but sometimes it will be covered with snow blocks).
