On Java 1.18, the birch tree has a chance to generate in the meadow biome. However, on Bedrock, despite MCPE-141367 occurring, there are no birch trees in the meadow biome. This breaks parity with Java Edition.

1. Find a meadow biome.
2. Try to find a birch tree.

Expected Result
You can find a birch tree, or at least there is a chance of finding one.

Observed Result
No birch tree generating within the meadow biome.
