Breaking the top part of a door makes it drop in creative mode.

To reproduce:
Go in creative mode
Place down any door (Including Crimson and Warped)
Aim at the top part
Break it

What I expected:
The door would break without dropping anything.

What I saw:
The door broke and dropped itself.

This didn't happen in education edition.
