What I expected to happen was...:
Placing Quartz Stairs in creative mode would give me slick looking white stairs

What actually happened was...:
The Stairs randomly decided to have the texture of chiseled quartz, pillar quartz, or quartz block.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a new creative world
2. Grab some fancy new quartz stairs
3. Place 'em down
4. Watch their amazing non-conformity to stay with one texture
5. RAGE
6. Repeat as Desired
