I am unable to access the Minecraft PE marketplace, even if my cellular data is turned off. I have been trying to purchase a texture pack, only for the marketplace to not load in. My wifi is on, and my phone is connected to Wifi that is strong in my location. I would appreciate the help if you are able to give it! Thank you so much!
