Hitting the wall and ceiling while flying with elytra in creative mode plays fall damage sound

      This is quite related to the old bug that got fixed back in 1.13 (ehem, MCPE-515), but this is for flying into a wall with elytra in creative.

      Step to Reproduce
      1. Build a wall and a layer of stone.
      2. Equip elytra and fly into the wall
      3. Try also fly underneath the stone layer.

      Expected Result
      No fall damage sound plays.

      Heard Result
      Fall damage sound plays.
