After building a creeper farm, one might notice that the spawning rates are really bad, especially compared to java edition.

steps to reproduce:

1: make a spawning space for general hostile mobs

2: observe the spawning rates

3: make a spawn space for creepers (trapdoors on the ceiling)

4: observe spawn rates

expected result: creepers spawn in similar rates as in the general mob farm

observed result: little to no creepers actually spawn
