Minecon 2016 Cape Skin pack not showing on elytra OR character creator NOT RESOLVED

      The capes don't show up on the character creator section or capes and when donning an elytra, the regular texture appears, not the Cape textures. Removing the elytra after that results in the Cape going invisible.
