Steps to Reproduce:

1. use "/replaceitem" to put a block on your head (/replaceitem entity @s slot.armor.head 0 stone)

Observed Results:

The block will go into your head slot but there will be no visual indication on the Player.

Expected Results:

The block would go into your head slot and would be rendered on the Player.
