Nether chunks not loading or get lowered into void

      Occasionally when the player enters the nether, chunks are not loaded properly and the chunk ends up corrupting to the point where the bedrock roof lowers as well as the contents of that chunk.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Load into the nether
      2. unload and reload the previously loaded area 

      Observed Behavior
      Sometimes the chunks end up lowering themselves into the void.

      Original Description

      We recently loaded into a survival world on minecraft beta on the Xbox series s console and when we went through the nether portal it removed chunks from the nether and everytime we restart the game we loose more chunks 😂
