My minecraft has a terrible mistake that i can't get into my friends' world and neither can they get into mine.

We play through Xbox Live and we are not on LAN, every time I try to enter their world a message appears that says "Unable to connect to the world", and I play on Realms and servers quietly, this error only occurs when it is to enter the world of my friends.

My Microsoft account is set up correctly. Besides that I bought the game to play with my friends and I can't.
