Player can swim in the air under the blocks in creative mode. This is a sequel to MCPE-48958, but only for creative mode.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start swimming in any way you want.
2. Try to "take off" (press the take off button twice) MCPE-46414.
3. You can "swim" in the air under the blocks.

Observed results:
The player can swim without blocks under him (swim in the air).

Expected results:
The player will not swim in the air.

so bascily u can swimm very fast by pressing space bar twice and u can somehow do that and go to a wall and mine the lbocks and the swimming animation will still play and u can see that in the top left corner
