      Hello, banners are visible through the water as if there is no water.

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Put a banner.
      2. Put some water in front of the banner.

       

      Observed Results:

      The banner is completely visible through the water.

       

      Expected Results:

      The banner should be the color of water.
