      Summary:
      Water, lava, and powder snow can no longer be continuously placed by holding down right-click.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Be in Creative mode
      2. Obtain a water, lava, or powder snow bucket
      3. Hold down right-click while moving in a horizontal line

      Observed Results:
      One block of water, lava, or powder snow is placed.

      Expected Results:
      Water, lava, and powder snow should be able to be continuously placed.
