The stone button is not working right I have to Press it twice to work properly with red stone 

I was building a nether portal that toggle on and off and in doing so it was lasting longer then need to be I tested every other button and they worked fine I was only haven't problem with the stone button it was lasting long then the other causing it to Loop too many times in my project
