      When a hoe is used on coarse dirt, the coarse dirt sometimes turns into dirt and then farmland in one click. This does not occur with rooted dirt.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a line of coarse dirt
      2. Right-click on the coarse dirt with a hoe

      Observed Results:
      The coarse dirt sometimes turns into dirt and then farmland in one click.

      Expected Results:
      The coarse dirt should only turn into dirt.
