Copper Ore blast resistance is weaker compared to other ores

      The copper ore in Bedrock Edition has a weaker blast resistance, compared to other ores. It also doesn't match Java Edition's copper ore, which has the correct blast resistance.

      Step to Reproduce
      1. Place down a layer of copper ores, and also place it on Java Editon to compare.
      2. Place down a TNT on each of those layers and blow it up.
      3. Compare both layers.

      Expected Results
      The copper ore layer should have the same crater size as on Java Editon.

      Observed Results
      The copper ore layer has a larger crater size compared to Java Editon.
