I can’t see my friend’s personalized skin when I go to his server or when he goes to mine. He himself can’t see mine, yet we both disabled the "Only allow trusted skins" option in the settings.

This is a problem that we had never encountered before on our personal servers, we could see our respective skins without problems, except on the public servers like The Hive but it seems that this is normal on these public servers.

I don’t know if that changes anything, but when I talk about personalized skin it’s not skins from purchased packs, but characters created using the character creator available on the profile.

I play on Minecraft PS4 Edition, just like my friend.
