I changed the lip colour to pink from red and it changed the colour of the clothes to pink too. Before the change, the shirt was purple and shorts were blue but they both changed to light pink. I quite like having pink clothes but it's still a glitch nonetheless. This was on a nintendo switch. I even closed the software and opened it again but the clothes are still pink.
