This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

      Summary:

In the Java version, the particles from the destruction (from extinguishing the player) of the powder snow block are scattered in the same way (and in the same amount), as if the player had just broken powder snow.

In the bedrock version, when powder snow breaks down (from extinguishing the player), small amounts of particles simply remain on the surface.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place powder snow.
      2. For a better view, use a third person view.
      3. Set yourself on fire.
      4. Put out in powder snow.
      1. Place powder snow.
      2. Break down powder snow.

      Observed results:

The particles from powder snow do not behave the same as if the player just broke powder snow.

      Expected results:

The particles will fly out just like when the player breaks powder snow with his hand. To match the java version.

      Notes:

Perhaps in the bedrock version this was done on purpose, since in the Java version there are no particles from the player MC-219836.
