Unable to mine/break in survival mode

      Hi there. This issue started a few days ago. I am unable to mine/break anything in survival mode. Have reset switch etc and still the same. Reinstalled Minecraft and still the same. Have tried command box and changing settings and still not working. Anybody have any ideas how to fix?
