So I tried making cattails for my pond but I could not place the candles on top of the stained glass. So then I tried to put the candles on top of upside down stairs that didn't work either, after that I then tried to put a candle on slabs that are on the top part of a full block but that didn't work. So then I came to a conclusion that you could only place candles on full blocks. Mojang it would mean a lot to me if you could fix this, thank you
