Nether Quartz stairs change textures depending on what direction they face.

It should keep the nether quartz block texture, but it doesnt.

Instead, when facing east or south it chooses between the pillar or chiseled quartz texture.
It also displays item.quartzStairs.name< or something like that when selected.

How to reproduce:
1. place nether quartz stairs facing different directions.
