Can not Download RTX Pack (ASUS TUF FX505DV Laptop)

      Hi,

      I bought Minecraft Starter Edition today just to try RTX, and to found that unable to download RTX content/pack. My system is as described, I also tried to make sure that Minecraft is running with RTX 2060 (not integrated GPU). But on Minecraft Marketplace's RTX Pack page it said that my system not meet the requirement and so can not download, please find attached screenshot.

      Looking forward for a solution for this issue.
