Disclaimer: This Is Not The Same Bug As MCPE-41103

Summary: If a Player Is to Place a Block 1 Block Downwards and Beside a Water Block or Lava Block the Lava (Block on The Same Side as the Water Block or Lava Block) then the Lava and Water Connects to the Air Similar to Quasi Connectivity causing a change in the texture to change to it flowing right quickly then middle or the correct position.

      Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Place a Water or Lava Bucket on Top of a Block.
Step 2: Place a Block 1 Block Downwards and to the Side of a Water Block Besides the Source Blocks or the Water Block thats After the Source Block.
      Step 3: Repeat.

Observed Result: The Water and Lava detects the Block through the Air which is Quasi-Connectivity. This causes the Textures to change in a Odd Fashion.

Expected Result: Water and Lava shouldn't connect to Blocks like Quasi-Connectivity.
