my friend can't join my Minecraft world he has tried many times but it hasn't been working he left the world one day and when he came back he was just frozen in the loading screen and it wouldn't change in the game his character with all of his inventory still on him was just frozen he tried to leave and rejoin and even tried restarting his entire box but it just stayed the same I had a problem just like this a little while before with another one of my friends and the only way he was able to join was by making another account I would really appreciate your help thank you
