When dropping an item, the item drop animation appears to be stuttered, and the frames of the item drop animation decrease. However, this does not affect frames in game, and the item will continue to float on the ground normally. 

Steps to reproduce;

1. Load into default version 1.17.1 MC Bedrock Windows 10 (Unconfirmed if issue in console)
2. Load into any world
3. Obtain any item
4. Drop said item

Expected result: 

Item will drop smoothly from players hand onto ground, no stutter. 

Observed result:

Item stutters when dropped, yet resumes normal idle animation on ground.
