      In the Add-Ons behavior pack: "Vanilla_Behavior_Pack_1.17.0.zip/entities/witch.json" . It missing the AI Goal of "minecraft.behavior.drink_potion" of witches and the throwing splash potion behavior mechanics. It makes many mod creator to hard to create their own splash potion-throwing mob.
