This is apparently a cascade failure design and programming flaw with marketplace and account connecting and starting Minecraft.  Software doesn't work as advertised.  Nintendo switch minecraft in game store purchases cause a window to pop up asking you to log into a microsoft account or risk losing your purchases.  Logging into said microsoft account locks purchases on switch and makes them unplayable unless you purchase them again. any purchased coins also vanish to zero.  PS4 content is then available on switch, but switch content not available on PS4.  Logging out of said microsoft account on switch, unlocks the previously purchased worlds and restores coin balance.  Every single attempt to open marketplace, on switch or ps4 results in a host of errors, some "crossbow" most just continual "unable to connect to marketplace, maybe try checking your internet connection" (when literally NO other game / app / nor service has connection issues) Contacting minecraft help just results in "maybe you have multiple accounts and we can't do anything(thanks, Jammy)" - you think, when every time you try to play on a different system it keeps asking you to create and log onto a different account.   The rest of the time, Minecraft just hangs on either the Mojang logo, or the rotating cave for extended periods of time.  Usually only AAA games from Electronic Arts take that much time to log in before you can actually play.
