Todays log in has produce a massive drop in villager again. 6 have vanished with jobs. All of them were replacements for the last vanishing group of villagers.

You resolve nothing by closing these tickets and linking to the vast mess that is main thread for this. 

The solutions you link to are not acceptable. This is your problem and saying it's because people are crossing borders and/or doing something to cause this is not a reason. This is a bug which needs fixing before you unleash more useless content for the masses. Stop offering realms without information that they are KNOWN to delete your villagers or mobs.

I want advice, not palming off.

They are not on chunk borders. I have not left my chunk for 2 days as I'm levelling out the whole area. I've not been in the nether, off exploring.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Today will be the day I cancel my subscription to Minecraft realms.
