Improper Lava Source Block (LSB) generation and behavior. As seen in the Screenshots below LSB generate with air gaps beneath them and the lava does not flow properly from them, also leaving air gaps. This was also the first Cave System I found after hours of mining and it was generated off of a Underground Canyon/Cave and was smaller than "normal."
